Founded by Carolyn Baqué and Lola Barthés, 22 Agency draws on over 12 years of experience in public relations and image management. Their expertise is built on a strong media network, enabling broad and targeted press coverage. They have worked with prestigious brands such as LVMH, Heineken, Qatar Airways, and Tissot, and have supported major events including the Olympic Games and the Rugby World Cup.

The story of 22 Agency began on March 22, 2024. That day, a simple message marked the start of a unique journey—Carolyn and Lola’s shared desire to work together, to create, and to bring their feminine touch to the world of sports.
It quickly became clear: they had to make their shared vision a reality. From that moment on, the founders committed to building something meaningful, driven by the same high standards and a common ambition.
The number 22 is no coincidence—it echoes the date that changed everything, but also reflects their initials: Barthés & Baqué.. Two names, two complementary personalities, one unique energy now fully dedicated to supporting athletes with passion, precision, and determination.
