Carolyn Baqué is a communication and image expert, originally from Paris with roots in Bordeaux through her father. From a young age, she developed a passion for classical ballet, which she practiced at a high level until the age of 16. This discipline instilled in her a strong sense of rigor, perseverance, and attention to detail—qualities she now brings to her professional life.
After studying journalism and public relations at EFAP in Paris, Carolyn began her career in 2012 as a sports journalist for television and radio, specializing in football. After eight years in journalism, she transitioned in 2020 into public relations and communication, working in rugby for the France 2023 Rugby World Cup Organizing Committee. In 2024, she made a bold move to focus on supporting elite athletes, with the goal of aligning their public image and visibility with their values.
Carolyn is driven by the desire to help athletes maximize their visibility. Passionate about storytelling and brand strategy, she works closely with them to craft action plans that authentically reflect their personality and goals.
