Présidente

Lola Barthés

Lola Barthés is a communications and public relations professional, born in Castres in the southwest of France. Rugby has always been a central part of her life. The smell of grass under players’ boots after training is, for her, a true madeleine de Proust.

After studying film directing at ESRA in Paris, she began her career in 2014 as a production assistant for 3W agency, which produced content for L’Équipe TV. She then moved to Rugby Africa as Head of Communications, relocating to Cape Town, South Africa. In 2018, she joined EPCR (European Professional Club Rugby) as Communications & Public Relations Manager and settled in Lausanne, Switzerland.

With over 10 years of experience in sports communication and public relations, Lola is now deeply committed to supporting athletes. She helps them find balance between their professional and personal lives, while guiding them to define the key pillars of their public image and career. Passionate about the strategic side of reputation-building, she excels at advising athletes so their choices, words, and actions genuinely reflect their personality and ambitions.
